* Reporting to the CEO, the position is responsible for driving all Human Resources, Talent acquisition & Corporate Development initiatives at rediff.com. India and the US * Facilitating a 3 member Compensation Committee along with the CEO on Top Management compensation issues. Designed, developed and executed a performance based executive compensation plan with the compensation committee.* Part of a four member team (COO,CFO and Legal Counsel) that successfully led the effort to disinvest one of the acquired companies at a value acceptable to the shareholders.* Hands-on experience in M&A, integration and Business operations. Led the Corporate and the International integration teams to integrate 3 US based Acquisitions in New York. The integration led to substantial $ savings for the organisation and also helped drive synergies across businesses. * Focusing on Key HR initiatives which helps propel organisational growth* Hands -on leader, driving global partnerships at the top most management levels, with publishers, broadcasters, telecom operators and portals* Representing rediff.com as a member on the board of the invested entities
