Current- Experience Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience across all touchpoints.- Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand needs, expectations, and pain points.- Customer Engagement: Create initiatives to engage customers and foster long-term loyalty.- Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT, etc.) and implement improvements based on findings.- Partnerships: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships that align with our business goals.- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and forecasts.- Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.
