Management consulting services for senior executives at large corporations and non-profit organizations (e.g., Estee Lauder Companies, IDEXX, Colgate-Palmolive, Generation Citizen).

I led client operations for Hometeam, a provider of in-home care for older adults, as our team grew from 25 to 80 full-time employees in the office and a few hundred caregivers out in the field. Operations ran 24x7 and stretched across 3 states (NY, NJ, and PA). During my time there, we tripled our client base and revenues.I built and hired the Account Management/Service Delivery function and the Call Center. I also played a Product Management role for our internal tools and external client applications.

Led 5-8 person teams on fast-paced operations, strategy, and technology projects.Fellow in McKinsey's Healthcare Reform Center.

Internship. I was the first PM to focus on building and selling an enterprise-focused Google Drive edition to compete with Box and Dropbox. I defined technical product specs for the new collaboration functionality in conjunction with our engineering, UX, and research teams. I also had the opportunity to lead marketing, sales, and operations teams to prepare for the enterprise edition launch.

I was part of the technology group, where most of my time was spent on strategy projects for tech and healthcare clients. I was recognized as a high performing Analyst during both years and was offered sponsorship for grad school.
