Take initiative/lead the discussion of the active plans to have a stable fix for application bugs.• Work with 3rd party APIs to study the requests/responses and troubleshoot the issues.• Daily administration and support of Method CRM which includes managing multiple user setups, profiles, roles, customization of user accounts, page layouts, workflow, and validations.• Provide support and assistance to other members within areas of expertise when needed.• Using advanced tools to debug existing bugs, resolve escalated issues, test importing platform releases, and verify the projected NPS and Churn ratios.
