1. Cash flow modeling:a. Agency Modeling:i. Create models for US Government National Mortgage Association on a Monthly basis using proprietary modeling software. ii. Running various analytics for collateral and bond side such as Decrement Tables, First and Last Payment Dates, Yields etc.iv. Creating models for Credit Risk Retention for these transactions.v. Detailed review of investor documents such as Term Sheet, Preliminary and Final Private Placement Memorandum, Investor Presentations.vi. Actively communicating with US teams and clients (Originating Banks, Lawyers and other transaction parties)vii. Training of new professions for Non-Agency Modeling and VBA.c. Seer Capital:i. Collection quarterly data on various privately issued transaction from the sources such as Bloomberg and Finsight.ii. Working directly with US partner to provide all the updates on deal to deal basisiii. Working extensively on Excel Models to derive final conclusion on pricing.2. Due Diligence of Collateral Assets:i. Review all due diligence work for CMBS and ABS dealsii. Reviewing legal documents and language interpretation such as Loan Agreement, Notes, Appraisal, Engineering Report and deal specific ABS documents.iii. Resolving of queries and issues in client deliverables and review the work of peers and provide feedback.
