My role at Sapient India was to create a process for handling misconducts at Sapient India and create adocument on which people who handle emergency call could be trained on.

As part of my online services aggregator Utileon.com, i realized the need of marketing in the true sense for a startup. Thus the experience helped me shape my thinking in ways unimaginable.
