Technical Product Manager
• Developing and defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based that outlines the product development plan and timelines.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback and business goals.• Collaborating with design and development teams to define product requirements and oversee the development process, ensuring that the product meets the needs of the end-users.• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Design team, business team, Account team and customer support to ensure timely delivery of product releases and milestones to get success product.• Communicating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to provide updates on product development and ensuring that everyone is aligned with the product vision and roadmap.• Possessing a deep understanding of the product's technical specifications, features, and functionality, and using this knowledge to make informed decisions.• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and analyse data to continuously improve the product and drive growth.• Identifying potential risks and issues that may impact the product's success, and developing mitigation plans to address them.• Identify the shortcomings in the project organization (resources, processes, schedules, scope of work), document delivery.• Monitor and control the team's progress in delivering expected results, identify and correct delays before they occur.
