As Primary Responsibility It was a challenging as because failure of a single Online Lecture would result in big loss of Brand Reputation & Time of all the student who have enrolled them self with the program . So Keeping the Technology Updated With Up time Of 99 % Was very Challenging.But I manage to do so in my Span Of 3 Years 6 Month In Hughes. And I think that is My Achievement that I succeed As I was 1 man Army and no one was back up for me.2) Support Engineer :This was my secondary responsibility in which I was responsible for proper smooth running of technology at client (Hughes Global Education Franchisee) present in West Zone (Gujarat,Maharashtra & Rajashtan) .My responsibility were to install new Classroom Centers,Trouble Shooting the technical problem in Existing ones & Technical Auditing every center .
