With over 19 years of experience in human resources and operations, I am passionate about enabling people to thrive and succeed in the data analytics industry. As the Principal of People Experience at TheMathCompany, I lead a team of over 100 professionals who are responsible for talent acquisition, retention, development, and engagement across the organization. I have helped TheMathCompany scale from a startup to a global leader in data engineering and AI solutions, with over 500 employees and clients in 20 countries. Some of my key achievements include designing and implementing a comprehensive performance management system, building a robust employee onboarding process, and facilitating multiple in-house programs. Prior to my current role, I was a Senior Partner of People and Operations, where I oversaw the HR and operations functions for the India and US regions. I also have experience in talent management and employee engagement at BRIDGEi2i and Mu Sigma, two of the leading analytics service providers in the world. I have a strong background in human resource management, with an MBA in HR and skills in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and talent management.
