• Managing software usage of the whole company for all geographies, Adherence to software compliance considering base line company productivity, ensuring software reusability thereby making use of available resources, Estimate proposals for project environment based on Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Linux or any random software. Software compliance initiative though SCCM (System Center Configuration Management) reporting. It helped us maintain the use of all software usage in the company. Taking care for all client licenses used within organization. • Working with publishers like IBM, Adobe, Microsoft, Oracle and other random softwares for their Software licensing process.• Managing entire Sapient’ s Licensing Pool.• Involved in SAM Tool (BMC-Remedy) Workflow Management, Queue Monitoring, analyzing the user’s request and providing solution regarding Software request and procurement for license purchases• Managing Asset Tracker System for different software licenses (creation, assign, DE allocation)• Taking care for all client licenses used within organization.• Works on Remedy, Active Directory
