As part of the MI & tooling team of the Portfolio Management Group I had the opportunity to lead several initiatives to roll out group wide standards and tools across BCUS. Currently working on the implementation of a reporting solution for the group wide DevOps metrics tool (Blue Optima). I lead a team that is responsible for the end-to-end implementation from technical design & architecture, development of the data warehouse and python ingestion using APIs, to the development of QlikView dashboards,while also acting as the Scrum Master for the team. I also made significant contribution in the Agile Delivery space as the subscription administrator and primary coach/ educator for all Agile Central (AC) roll outs and enhancements in the US. I successfully led a team for the pilot implementation and evaluation of CA PPM tool, as the group wide Portfolio and project planning platform. I also successfully led the development of the warehouse solutions for the Agile Central and Blue Optima.

As part of the Tech delivery and deployments team I worked closely with the PMO to coordinate the technical impacts of projects and track progress. I facilitated projects through progressive elaboration and analyzed requirements of various impacted tech teams to validate proposed solutions and determine technical feasibility for implementation of various system features. I was also a member of the release planning team and was responsible to portfolio prioritization and flow management. I also acted as the system administrator for Rally which is the ALM tool used at BCUS
