I hold the CSPO® and CSM® credentials, and I specialize in agile transformation and customer-centric solutions for the BFSI sector.My role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, development teams, and end-users to understand their needs, vision, and feedback, and to prioritize and demonstrate the product features and functionalities. I have successfully implemented and managed multiple CRM and banking projects across various domains and platforms, using agile methodologies and best practices. Some of the products I have delivered include analytical reports and dashboards, complaint registration portals, underwriting modules, and partner onboarding systems, using low code tools and fit gap analysis.I am passionate about improving and optimizing the business processes and customer experiences by applying my critical and analytical thinking skills.
