Engineering Manager for Biscuit company of Fiji and the Bakery company of Fiji.• As the overall Engineering In charge for the Biscuit Company (Walubay) and the Bakery Company (Vesari) ensure preventative maintenance is carried out in a timely manner for all baking ovens, mixers, packing stations, air-conditioning & chiller units along with forklifts to ensure downtime is kept at a minimum.• Heading a project team for the installation of the packing systems for breakfast crackers at the new Bakery plant (Veisari)• Assisting hand to hand in getting the factory up to meet required food safety standards for passing all the external oversea Audits, such as SQF and other supplier audits in 2018 & 2019.• Currently heading a Team of Engineers in the new Snax Line project along with significant improvements carried out to improve efficiencies in the existing Biscuit lines.

• In-charge of the overall maintenance team of the company inclusive of 7 fitters, 3 electrical engineers, 5 electricians, 2 welders, 2 AC technicians, 3 forklift mechanics, 2 store man and 4 apprentice.• Design maintenance protocols to ensure standardized procedures throughout facility.• Liaising with Supplier and draftsman on new projects to develop layouts to suit our requirements for an efficient process flow.• Ensuring appropriate maintenance is carried out for the 52,000MT bulk material handling storage facilities on site• Implementation of CMMS system in the Factory and reduction of downtime to 3.66% of total run hours in the Flour Mills.

Projects engineer - Assembly of 6 new steel silos of 3900MT capacity each.Engineering Division-• Analysed current processes to design improvement plans.• Documented repair and maintenance work for plant lines.• Provide emergency/unscheduled and scheduled repairs of production equipment.• Reviewed design and drawings of different mechanical component and supervised the construction work even inspected work of outsourced contractors for accuracy as well as monitored the project accordingly to the approved schedule.• Performed root-cause analysis with excellent written and oral communication skills to resolve technical problems in the mill.

Projects assistant-Assisting Project manager for all day to day civil and construction works for the 7900 Metric Tons Bulk Handling Storage Facility in Walubay. Assisting in Daily work plans with Supplier and Supervisors for the Silo Construction.Planning and Designing the Second Phase of Bulk Handling Projects on the second Site with Production Requirements.
