Attending event committees on behalf of the External Relations Directorate and provide suggestion and comments on various events that can be included, various ways of marketing and such valuable inputs that can enhance the student experience on campus.

1. Working as a Events Lead Ambassador I support the manager in monitoring studentambassadors and organizing their daily roles2. Ensuring the event is set up properly, runs smoothly and also ensures an organized and efficient pack down so that the next team who works will get a clear idea of items in the store room.3. Recording and reporting sign in and sign out of each Ambassador at the end of the day to ensure their work hours are calculated correctly.4. Supported Outreach and Access Department and External Relations Directorate initiatives5. Mentored fellow student ambassadors to ensure high-quality representation of the university6.  Supporting the work of the Outreach and Access Department as well as other teams within the External Relations Directorate: Events, Applicant Relations, and social media (to name a few). Acting as a positive role model for young people from a range of backgrounds who are underrepresented in Higher Education.  Actively involved in the delivery of summer schools, school visits and higher education fairs with the team both on and off UEL campus and virtually.  Providing information and personal experiences of university life and talk about the value higher education can bring, regardless of background.
