* Presently I am working in the SSP SCM and pursuing factory purchase like casting and Machining.* Successful Exicuted first EP 200 project in certain time frame.* I have taken the training of SAP ( PP and Material Management module )* Also implement the SAP In following department (Engineering, Purchase, Planning & Store )* Trouble shooting of SAP in the all department.* Again I promote as a “SR. Executive Engineer“ by 2014 in the same field.* Prepare Costing as per Input data sheet and scope received by PM.* Prepare MTS as per delivery of Turbine as well as availability of machine shop. And also doing the shop floor planning.( In MS – Project ).* To get OTD – By “ make or Buy” decision of components. * Weekly meeting with Machine shop and fabrication shop for review of production plan as well define slot booking by work allotment and machine availability. * Weekly meeting with internal department for improvement of current process to get OTD.

* I have appointed as a “ Trainee Engineer “ in service department . In that department I have done the following activity* To commissioning The machines and solved the problem by visiting underground mines .* I have success to solved the problems at Dariba(Javar , ACC, Tecno) Mines At Udaipur and WCL at Nagpur.* Done the inspection and prepare the quarterly inspection report during 1st Year from Date of Commission. * Again I promoted and worked as a same post “ Trainee Engineer “ on April 2008 To 29th August 2008 In the fabrication and procurement department.* From that I have looked out all fabrication work at fabrication shop. * And also looked out welding procedure and checked welding by following method.(1) Distractive Testing in Physical Test ( Tensile Test, Impact Test, Chemical Test ).(2) Non Distractive Test by Liquid Penetrate. ( Cleaner, Penetrates, And Developer ). • And also look out in addition , Purchase of Fabrication item by subcontracting as well as bought out. In that I have look out following activities.(1) Finding the supplier and collecting 2 to 3 quotation from suppliers.(2) Negotiate with supplier .(3) And decide the supplier to whom give item by lowest price and best quantity.(4) To take “ LOC “ from suppliers .(5) And also follow up the require item. * Again I promote as a “ Junior Engineer “ on 1st September 2008 in the Planning and Production Department.* From that I have looked out following activates. * system and keep a record for necessary documents. * To ensure stage wise manufacturing processes are offered for inspection as per approved drawing and quality control plan in workshop.* 100% P/R Rele. to Purchase Dept. as per MRP report and Release demand-pull to buyer daily/weekly.

* I had worked as a Apprentices Engineer in maintenance department. in that , I have taken a training from 1st two month.From that I have learn Following .• How To control The Workers.• How To use maximum utilize of Workers. • To make Maintenance schedule for preventive maintenance.• To take decision at the time of break down. After 2 Months of training , I have alone handle two dept (1) Bleaching And (2) Finishing. In That I looked out all the following machines.• Old And New Combi machine.• Four Stanter Machine.• Two Boilers (1) Wanson ( Water fire ) .(2) Thermic Fluid ,( Oil Fire).• And also looked out small size atlas compressor. In such two dept. round about 15 worker working under me.
