As a recent MSc Financial Technology graduate from the University of Liverpool, I’m passionate about leveraging the latest advancements in AI, Big Data, and digital banking to drive innovation in the financial services sector. Throughout my academic journey, I’ve developed a keen interest in how emerging technologies and regulatory frameworks, like GDPR and the EU AI Act, can work together to shape the future of finance. My dissertation focused on the intersection of AI and regulation, exploring how fintech firms can maintain innovation while ensuring compliance. This project fueled my interest in balancing the technical and ethical sides of financial technology, giving me insight into the growing demand for interpretability and transparency in AI models.Alongside my academic pursuits, I’ve gained hands-on experience working in diverse customer-facing roles at high-profile events such as the Grand National at Aintree and at Liverpool Football Club. These roles taught me how to excel in fast-paced environments, coordinate large teams, and provide outstanding service to clients.I’m now looking to bring my passion for financial technology and my problem-solving mindset to a dynamic fintech, banking, finance or data-driven environment. I’m excited about using my skills in AI, data analytics, and regulatory knowledge to drive impact, deliver insights, and help businesses navigate the evolving world of finance.Let’s connect if you’re looking for someone who’s ready to combine technical and finance expertise with a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape to drive meaningful change.
