I'm Ashiayana. I have completed my BA in English and currently pursuing MA in English from Gujarat Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University. So far, my main experiences were in teaching English to primary school students. It felt good as English communication is a major challenge in Gujarat because most people are comfortable in their native Gujarati dialect. Through my work, I was able to contribute to a social cause. Last lockdown, my big brother, who runs an IT company and provides consultation to multiple IT startups in Mumbai, suggested that I should explore new opportunities in cities other than our hometown. Initially, I was in two minds, but on his insistence, I joined Ebullientech as an Intern in January 2021. I recently got promoted as the EA to the CEO, who is a self-made woman hailing from a city far away from Mumbai. Every day I'm learning new things about the IT business and various other industries. Someday, I hope to become a courageous example for the girls of younger generations in my family.
