Asset Management, Condition Monitoring Project Manager

As an Asset Management Condition Monitoring Project Manager in TUGA's Sale & Customer Services Department, I was responsible for ensuring the Gas turbine and Steam turbine fleet was under careful remote monitoring. My role included:• Analyzing engine supervisory and thermal performance data for gas turbines, steam turbines, and HRSGs to determine root causes and corrective actions for a variety of operational issues, including controls, performance, auxiliaries, and BOP.• Utilizing Process Information (PI) and thermodynamic tools for monitoring, analysis, and graphical representation of gas turbine, steam turbine, and HRSG operations.• Clearly communicating corrective actions to plant operators and customers via TTC website, e-mails, and/or phone calls.• Preparing periodic reports on key operating parameters, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), maintenance cost, expenditure and budget control, OPEX, CAPEX.• Carrying out Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), failure mode effects and criticality analysis (FMECA), Pareto Analysis, Six Sigma, FMEA, fault tree analysis (FTA), assessing Risk, Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety (RAMS).• Transforming data into actionable intelligence by combining robust analytics with domain expertise using SPSS, R, Python, Matlab data mining software.• Providing failure data, technical and analytical support in the development of a new CRM structure to align with ISO 3977, 14224.• Implementing an RCM program in Power industries to align with BS EN 60300-3-11, ISO 14224.• Developing an Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) based on client needs (TugaTurboCare) for integration of plant data historian, condition monitoring, reliability assessment, and maintenance support applications.
