After wrapping up ~15 years in various product & engineering leadership roles at Aruba (pre/post HPE) I have decided to pursue new opportunities. It has been a remarkable & fruitful journey of learning, driving innovation, contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction. The business and products have come a long way (~$100M in 2007 to ~$5B in 2023) with market share gains both through organic innovation as well as thoughtful M & As along the way. An important inflection point was Aruba's WiFi portfolio combining with HP Networking's strong Switch product portfolio in 2015 due to HPE's acquisition of Aruba. The product portfolio is strong due to several organic innovations across cloud, security and network infrastructure software/hardware over the last few years and is well positioned for continued growth beyond the pending Juniper deal close/integration. The best part about Aruba is its unique tight knit customer, people oriented culture that was built/fostered by @Dominic Orr, @Keerti Melkote and nurtured by all Arubans since. Hopefully, it will continue to stay strong in the coming years. Grateful to all the friends, colleagues, teams and leaders that supported me during this journey and proud of what we all accomplished together over the years.
