I have always been passionate and curious about consulting and providing solutions for peoples’ problems. Since the inception, I have been involved in many problematic situations where I have provided solutions for my close colleagues, friends etc. That background created a spark within myself, as a result, I decided my career path should be aligned with service industry. Started my career as a business development associate involved in banking sales and services, and later moved to Revenue Cycle Management Industry where we work closely with US healthcare sector to provide consultation on healthcare best practices and increase revenue and profitability with new strategies. Joined as an Operations analyst and concluded as a Team Lead of Operations where I managed many positions in between.As a Team Lead, I was directly responsible and accountable for handing all queries related to client/s with my team, and ensured client/s satisfaction is exceeded on all aspects through a CRM process. I have initiated business processes with effective and efficient planning which led to successful operation. I have constructively managed performance related tasks in my team. I have specialized in client relationship management, customer service, conflict resolution as my primary focus was to provide an excellent service to our clients. As a team lead, I have managed to absorb essential skills such as leadership & management, team management, team building and training and development to fulfill my responsibilities towards the team as well as the company. Outside of work, I am involved in various sporting activities such as Hard ball cricket, soccer and rugby and online gaming, and watch reality shows to be relaxed in terms of mentally as well as physically.
