After getting my degree from Sacramento State in Marketing and focusing my extracurriculars on project and nonprofit management, I landed at BRI. Starting as a Land Agent and shortly after providing additional support to the marketing department, this was the perfect blend for me to utilize my graphic design experience and learn more about public projects in California. I moved into a full-time Marketing role as Proposal Coordinator in June 2022. My favorite part of the proposal process is formatting in Adobe InDesign, especially when additional graphics and figures are involved and I get to blend information and aesthetics. In my free time I pursue many crafts: drawing & painting, sewing, knitting, journaling, makeup & beauty, jewelry, digital art & animation, and the list keeps growing! I enjoy learning new mediums and have been pushing myself to create more mixed media art and 3-dimensional pieces that can integrate into daily life. I love being outdoors and get most of my inspiration from all the beautiful colors and combinations in.
