I previously managed a predominantly "perms" focused desk; however temp and contract placements were considered specialising within the food manufacturing industry. The role was full 360 including business development; pre-screening candidates; face to face interviewing; client retention and after placement guidance. Engaging in this role taught me alot and helped to develop some of the crucial skills which allow me to be succesful in my current role.
