Whether as an individual or as part of a team , I thrive to consistently produce excellent results as well as maintaining safety and ensuring it is at the forefront of everyone’s minds. I am not afraid to stand up and speak out questioning the “norm” so we can make positive changes in the way in which we work, and the processes used. I genuinely care about everyone and have a real level of responsibility regarding everyone’s training and competency which requires me to demonstrate my skills working in a high pressured challenging environment.
