Program Manager
CurrentProgram Manager for the Phenix Industrial Consortium, managing contract lifecycles from initial inquiry to contract closeout for access to and licensing of the PHENIX software package for macromolecular structure determination for crystallographic and electron cryo-microscopy data. Serves as the primary point of contact for export control review before release of access to PHENIX software, contributing to proposal development: contract information, scope of work, prepare budget, and organize proposal content, as needed. Advancing the development, negotiation, execution and management of contracts: new agreements, annual renewals, and amendments; Develops and maintains monthly cost reports, year-end projections and long-range projects as required, among other responsibilities Concurrently, continuing to provide administrative support to the Director of the Molecular Biophysics and Integrated Bioimaging (MBIB) Division. Independently tracking, coordinating, and managing a wide range of specialized activities project reporting, and maintenance of program data. Interacting with research scientists, project team members, Division leadership, and external customers to achieve programmatic success.
