• Evaluates and maintains local area network (LAN) and data network.• Troubleshoots LAN problems.• Administers departmental LAN or shared software and hardware.• Familiar with remote control software• Sets up user accounts on company’s servers (Active Directory, MS Server 2003) and has previous expierence with running company backups.• Previously worked with Backup Exec 10d for Windows Servers• Provides technical support for PCs and LAN. Operates under moderate supervision.• Performs installation, configuration and upgrade tasks that may require some research and analysis.• Detailed Technical writing.Excellent experience developing and implementing a variety of corporate programs, including those that must comply with corporate, state, or federal agency guidelines.• Supports network connectivity and application support for all KCS/Petrohawk remote offices.• Skilled in developing department objectives.• Experienced in writing and delivering presentations for executive meetings.• Oversees the technical design, development and maintenance of databases and master files on large complex projects
