The Colorado Democratic Party is the affiliate of the Democratic Party in the U.S. state of Colorado. As a fellow, I oversaw and managed volunteers by conducting training about efficient phone bank operations and effective communications. I led and organized daily meetings while simultaneously acting as a liaison between volunteers and organizers to maintain participation through constant contact. In my position, I advised and suggested different package plans and products while providing information on various services. I managed the guests' flow in and out of the center by maintaining the reservation book regarding the guest's requests and associate's availability. Furthermore, I kept the center's front, including restocking product shelves and refilling brochures and cardholders to assist or educate guests on current in-center promotions.
