Bridging the gap between Physio/Occupational therapy appointments. I provide resistance training to young neurodiverse children allowing for their muscles to strengthen and prepare for every day activities. My aim is to take the focus away from just functional fitness and incorporate sensory integration to help the mind focus and regulate, develop balance and strengthen their core to aid optimal independence. I Work alongside Physio and Occupational therapists, allowing children (and their parents/carers) to progress weekly instead of waiting on huge waitlists.
