In my current role I have demonstrated that I have assisted customers with issues whilst staying within RSEA values. I have put together quotation for customer orders, managed sizable accounts that have gone from $5,000 a year to $50,000 spend a year. I also assist the sales reps with their quotations, tenders and sourcing specific products using technical information for their customers, whilst staying within the Australian Standards. I feel that I am able to find out what customer’s needs are and addressing them accordingly in a quick and timely manner. Providing excellent customer service is something I take pride in and always strive to achieve in a friendly professional manner.I am able to highlight product features and benefits to customers to make informed choices and decisions about their purchase. I am confident in swaying a hesitant buyer by asking open ended questions, whilst building a rapport easily which has resulted in customers returning for their next purchase asking for me by name. I am able to process and stay informed with customer’s uniform orders from start to finish, following up on lead times and inform the sales rep or customer of any issues.At present I have contact with all levels of staff and management; and have regular contact with a diverse cross section of the public including extensive experience with sales reps, suppliers and customers. I am confident when answering enquiries providing information such as: - product location, prices, availability and item codes and descriptions.I have a demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the Pronto System and have been able to pick up new responsibilities and duties quickly, without affect the transition of the store. Have the ability to process sales, refund/credits, quotation and orders through Pronto. Have a sound knowledge of outlook email system. A Strong knowledge of the daily banking processes, dispatch of goods, receipting of goods, opening and closing procedures for the registers.
