- Using candidate data base to match the right candidate to the clients vacancy - Receive and Review applications, organise and run interviews - Create a shortlist of candidates for the client - Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media- Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their environment- Offer advice to candidates on training, preparing CVs and organising interviews - Working towards and exceeding targets - Meeting clients specific requirements - Filling interstate vacancies , interviewing requirements and outcomes - Selection Process- Short listing, reference checking and liaison between applicants
