Currently working as a School Psychologist at a local public high school and middle school, my personable and energetic nature is what you will see first. I have a passion for working with people and helping others achieve their goals. I am also the owner of ONE Cycle RI, LLC and co-owner of Healthierr, LLC, which is where I create balance in my life. It is through personal training, instructing small group fitness classes, and nutrition coaching that my creativity comes to life. In both areas of work I am highly dependable, consistent, ethical, and enthusiastic. Encouraging ongoing knowledge and growth are two factors that I support in my clients and myself in all areas of life. ONE Cycle RI is a group fitness and indoor cycling studio located in Smithfield Rhode Island. There I lead both spinning and strength and conditioning classes for people of a variety of ages and athletic abilities. Healthierr, LLC is a nutrition and wellness coaching service that offers group and individual coaching through a holistic approach.My passion in the field of health and fitness is most visible when I am working with clients. I focus on a mind-body connection throughout my teachings and continuously try to encourage as many people as I can to live a well balanced, healthy lifestyle while also helping them attain their personal physical goals.
