Opening and closing store, cash handling including deposits, overseeing all schedules and labor, hiring and firing, handling some orders and over see maintenance. Interacting with customers to create regulars and make sure that all customers are happy. Working with Microsoft excel to break down food cost, labor, and inventory. Working with FPOS for all food and drink orders.

Making schedules based on sales and maintaining labor, ordering while keeping cost in mind, inventory, creating specials, putting together buffets for holidays and/or large parties

Open and close kitchen, turn equipment on and off at correct times, stock the line for lunch, prep any items needed for the day and any following shifts. Complete orders to spec on fry, pantry, sauté, and grill and breakfast on Sunday. Ensure that plate presentation is correct. Clean equipment, dishes, and kitchen. Rotate and date items to ensure quality control.
