In my most recent role as an office manager and administrative assistant at Bowman Design Group, I assisted the executive team, the project manager, and the creative director with various administrative and operational tasks, such as scheduling, invoicing, reporting, and communication. I also managed the physical space of the office, ensuring its cleanliness, safety, and functionality. I worked with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to coordinate deliveries, repairs, and maintenance. Additionally, I performed light warehouse management duties, such as inventory, packing, and shipping. As a Workplace Coordinator at Better, I was responsible for building, executing, and supporting the employee and workplace experience for over 300 staff members across multiple offices.
