-Facilitates the Tulsa Community Action (CAT) coalition, part of the Fetal Infant Mortality Review process, that develops and supports initiatives to reduce the rate of fetal and infant mortality in Tulsa County. Plans and steers group goal setting through resource mapping and action priority matrix activities, supports communications and coordination of organization stakeholders, including recruiting new coalition members and fostering relationships to retain current members, and researches and books guest speakers on topics relevant to reducing infant mortality, including preterm birth, substance use, product safety, and other appropriate subjects. -Planned and executed multiple large-scale community interventions and events through cross-team collaboration and planning committee participation.-Managed the event planning of the 2019, 2022, and 2023 North Tulsa Annual Community Baby Shower events. Annual baby showers draw over 600 attendees annually.
