As a Project Coordinator at Planet Bee Foundation, I work with a team of passionate environmental educators and advocates to inspire and empower people of all ages and backgrounds to take action for the planet. I manage the planning, execution, and evaluation of various projects, such as school programs, community workshops, corporate events, and online campaigns, that aim to raise awareness and engagement on the importance of pollinators and their habitats.I have over 10 years of experience in the retail space, where I developed and honed my skills in diversity, equity, and inclusion, e-commerce, generational leadership, and merchandising. I leveraged these skills to create and implement innovative strategies that fostered a culture of belonging, collaboration, and customer satisfaction. I also hold a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services, and certifications in Visual Storytelling in PowerPoint and 2023 Bucks-Mont Collaborative Community Summit. I am motivated to continue to cultivate change and drive positive impact in the communities I serve.
