When artist come to the 930 club or any show being prompted by IMP I am contracted as the house seller. I am responsible for advancing shows with tour reps and merchandise companies. We'd the bands arrive onsite responsibilities are counting in product, setting up the displays, selling the merchandise and making sure the settlement is correct for the club and the artist. This also includes legal binding paperwork to the venue, artist, record companies and merchandise companies.

I work directly with business/production/tour mangers, artist, catering or any other position on the tour that might need assistance to make the day run smooth. It requires handling large amounts of money and being able to account for it all as well as provide whatever might be needed to anyone on the touring team.

I joined the company as the merchandise sales manager and was in charge of handling all of the consignment agreements with stores, distribution companies, and amazon.com as well as conduct sales on location of all engagements. Overtime I became the business manager of the band and began to research and locate engagements, negotiate contracts for engagements, ensure the rider requests are met upon arrival on site, oversee all band aspects of band travel arrangements, create marketing adventures and all other managerial duties.

I came to organization in 2002, as the Administrative Assistant within 6 months I gained the added responsibility of being the Clearinghouse Coordinator, and within my first year I was also one of the Program Assistants for a cluster of juvenile related programs. In the course of a day I was responsible for performing the day-to-day administrative task, such as photocopying, updating program web pages, answering a high volume amount of phone calls, faxing, mailing materials, preparing handouts and ordering office supplies, serving as the first contact for visitors, receiving and processing order for 33 different publications, and assisting in the planning and preparing for out of office program related trainings, conferences and events. Within 2 years I became the Program Assistant (PA) for the Teens, Crime and the Community, which was a $1.4 million grant and Youth Act! (YA!) Programs $500,000 grants programs that served national and international audiences.I left the organization serving as program coordinator for 5 domestic programs and 2 international programs. Facilitating trainings and workshops for all 7. I also had to opportunity to participate in the development of new programs (Gang Prevention Program and LSAC Diversity Pipeline: Encourage minorities to go to law school)
