I’m Ashlee, an account manager at National Tiles. My role sees me as an account manager for builders we supply who have our tiles in their selection studios, in which it is my responsibility to make sure that the studios are visually merchandised with our product, maintained and to train the staff on our products. I also assist with reselections of client builds where required, selections for studio and display homes, and assisting other account managers and BDM’s with administrative duties, as well as builders selection studios of their own.My previous position saw me as an Interior Design Consultant working for National Tiles, but based out of Studio M by Metricon Homes in Robina QLD. In this role I helped clients choose beautiful and timeless tiling selections that are on trend for their new build with Metricon Homes. I have also done a similar role for other builders we supply, such as Coral Homes, Ausbuild and more.In 2018 I completed a Diploma of Interior Design and Decoration at the Australian Institute of Creative Design, and was awarded Student of the Year - Interior Design for 2018. Previous roles have seen me in retail and customer service focused roles in a variety of different environments and businesses.Experienced Design and Sales Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the retail industry over the last seven years.
