My career in the Automotive Industry began right out of high school. I started in a Receptionist position at a Toyota store for a couple of years and learned several Administrative and Accounting/Sales skills. A shift in my Automotive career began at an Acura store. I became a Service Advisor. Working for a premium brand taught me many Customer Service skills, which I eventually utilized in my time with a later switch to a luxury brand. Mercedes-Benz. I became AMG Specialist for the dealer and traveled to Germany for an annual Training event. Throughout the years I was with this brand, I obtained many relationships from clients and coworkers. Working for a luxury brand for several years taught me many Customer Service based tools and skills. Skills that I feel blessed to have been able to learn and training that provided tools I will be able to utilize in any area of the Automotive industry. I had a brief, but insightful experience with the Finance side of the Automotive industry. An incredibly critical role and very well respected. This short time revealed to me, my love for Service.I understand people very well and love what I do. I am confident I genuinely make a customers' service experience more than just a vehicle service.
