Delivering professional learning to educational institutions in areas of implementing new teaching methods, integrating technology into classrooms, improving classroom management techniques, designing curriculum, and staying updated in the latest trends in education, all while enhancing teaching skills and strategies that will benefit the student learning experience.

Instructional coaching is a collaborative and supportive approach to enhancing teaching and learning. I work with teachers and staff in grades preschool through eighth grade to improve instructional practices and help students succeed academically. I provide individualized support, observe classroom practices, and offer constructive feedback as we make improvements together. I help design and implement effective lesson plans, incorporating research-based strategies, and utilizing technology appropriately. In this role, I also facilitate professional learning for staff to add continuous growth within my school district.

Creating and nurturing an engaging classroom environment that fosters growth and social-emotional development. I collaborated with families and guardians to best support the students in my classroom. I encouraged a positive classroom culture and made learning fun for the children.

Facilitating learning in the educational journey of students transitioning towards middle school. I assessed learning for students in various subjects and implemented engaging lesson plans that required critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and independent learning. I guided students in developing their organizational and study skills in preparation for middle school. Our classroom was an environment for collaboration, fun, inclusivity, and igniting a passion for learning.
