 Exercise rehabilitation (including workers compensation claims) and Medicare rebated services Travel to regional and remote mine site locations to conduct variety of services includingHealth Checks (Biometric testing), Presentations, Exercise sessions, Prestart warmup, Tool Box Talks and Dry Mess Nutrition Audits Deliver Presentations, Workshops and Tool Box talks across a number of health related topics including Fatigue Management, Manual Handling, Ergonomics, Nutrition, Exercise and Drug and Alcohol Education Schedule and conduct effective group exercise, Personal Training and team building sessions Ergonomic Assessments Conduct Functional Movement Screening and Health and Fitness Assessments Wellness Coaching (group and individual) to encourage positive behavioural change  Create, implement and review policies, processes and procedures Monitor and record personal Healthy Heart Check data and compile summary reports Management of online initiatives and healthy lifestyle events (Refresh, Race Around Australia, City to Surf etc) Ensure staff personnel files are up to date and secure Ensure all contactors have the relevant insurances, qualifications and information to carry out the assigned work
