As a Customer Service Representative I began working as a teller at the Wales Corner branch in Melbourne’s CBD. I quickly progressed from Trainee to a specialist teller handling complex transactions, international transactions and business banking. I also helped customers realise their financial goals by conducting financial health checks. By identifying particular needs and gaps in the current products a customer was using. I referred many customers onto specialists who could further the conversation, hitting my KPI’s every month. I built up quick and efficient service within a very busy branch environment and had many loyal and regular customers because of my excellent customer service skills and experience.
