At Washington Mutual, I was in charge of opening business and personal accounts, helping people get home equity loans, personal loans, credit cards and business loans. I also was licensed to sell life insurance, annuities and some variable products.

At Toys R Us, I was the "go-to" person. I was well versed at the registers, returns/exchanges, floor facing, helping customers on the floor, remodeling stores and adding seasonal changes. I also was the "front end" leader that included duties of counting all the registers, making sure there was sufficient coverage for the return and cashier area and audits.
