Built and led the legal operations function to support 3x global business growth from $100M to $350M in 4+ years.Scaled the legal department from 2 to 47 in four years.Implemented Asana's first eBilling and outside counsel billing guidelines, scaled law firms from 8 to 30 vendors in 4+ years.Hired and managed a team of 4 legal operations professionals and two contractors based in the Bay Area, New York and Dublin, Ireland.

Second hire in the legal department, initially reported directly to the Chief Financial Officer and co-built the legal department from the ground up.Implemented Asana's first contract management system, starting with self-service NDAs and Revenue Agreements to support a $350M dollar revenue target and public company readiness.Co-created Asana's first Global Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) playbook and led the privacy operations function.Led the G&A Playbook team to open 6 international offices in 6 months, to support our non-US revenue growing 28% faster than US revenue year-over-year. Drafted and published Asana's first career success guides for the People (HR) team and defined four key competencies for 8 levels of career progression, including titles, comp ranges and responsibilities. This guide became the template used for all non-attorney hires in the department.

Managed a wide variety of business transformation projects benefiting several internal clients; Finance, FP&A, Compliance, IT, Security, Recruiting, Learning and Development, Marketing, and Ad Operations.Legal specific projects include; eDiscovery, Contract Management, Legal Hold and eBilling technology selections and implementations.

Accountable for delivering Zynga's business and IT driven programs in Legal, IT, Security and Corporate Communications. Collaborated with executive sponsors and stakeholders to develop service and business roadmaps. Ensure systems, (people, process, tools), are integrated and users have a high quality experience.

Early stage, ideation, and brainstorming with business partners during project/program prioritization and business justification phase. Developed business cases, feasibility studies, ROI calculations, and risk and opportunity analysis to ensure the top projects had funding for all phases (analysis, transformation, and operations).

Responsible for $2M dollar business transformation program, being on time and within budget and adhering to Sarbanes Oxley and CobIT compliance. Translated “uncertainty” into risk and opportunity statements using qualitative and quantitative analysis. Developed mitigation plans for all risks, issues, and problems to reduce impact either in days or dollars.
