Development of HR indicatives and development, job recruiting, liaison for the KRWA and MCWD Apprenticeship program, develop training programs, support upper management of disciplinary and grievance issues, maintain employment records in accordance to all legal requirements, and issue drug testing. I also oversee all communication with the Kentucky Division of Water and Kentucky Public Service Commission. Through those two organizations, I make sure the company is operating in full compliance with legal regulations. Some of the daily tasks I do involving compliance are: Issuing boil water advisories, notifying the public, lead and copper compliance, filing rate cases, reporting billing cycles to KRWA, report monthly MOR through the Kentucky Gateway Portal, and collect routine and annual water samples.
