I have 20 years experience in automotive, but I have been around a dealership my entire life!I'm a proud supporter of diversity in automotive. Our leadership team is 50% women. And, we are one of the few dealerships on the country with women in both the Dealer Principal & General Manager roles. I love a challenge. For over two years, I worked to bring Volkswagen to southern Illinois. Through a competitive process, we were awarded the Volkswagen franchise in August of 2013. Within 6 months, we were open in a temporary location. In March 2015 we moved to our 20,000 square foot White Frame facility. In 2020, Automotive News recognized me as part of their 40 Under 40 List.I served on the Marion Chamber of Commerce board of directors from 2012 - 2021. After completing my MBA, I worked in sales and marketing for one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the nation- Extra Help, Inc. (now HireLevel). From 2012-2016, I taught management, marketing, and speech courses for McKendree University. I have also worked in fundraising & development.
