My passion for people led me to my undergraduate experiences at Brigham Young University in Psychology, Sociology, and Peer Mentoring. It is there I discovered my love for the journey of self-discovery, the power that comes with asking questions and seeking growth, and the increase in understanding that follows an effort to connect with the world around me. This drive has also led me to my current studies at Gonzaga University, where I am pursuing a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership.Within my first year as an Enrollment Recruiter at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, I built a pre-arrival program from the ground up to connect incoming students to experienced upperclassmen and facilitate increased retention, networking opportunities, and an increased sense of belonging. As a Marketing Career Coach at the University of Utah, I helped students to discover and market their best selves through resume building, interview, practice, and personal branding. I also co-facilitated an internship for credit class and oversaw the redesign of employee onboarding processes.I currently work as an Academic Advisor in the College of Science at Utah Valley University where I help students to prepare themselves for their futures with their best foot forward.
