As a part of the Accounts Payable position, I efficiently processed vendor invoices using Oracle accounting software. This included coding the general ledger and processing vendor invoice payments. I also was responsible for researching and resolving all payment problems. As the Administrative Assistant, I trained contract employees for our conventions to ensure the service for our clients was seamless. I also composed reports for multiple divisions within the company using Microsoft Excel. The company had routine meetings for executives where I prepared all the required materials needed.
