Utilizing change management strategies and effective training models, this project resulted in allowing all partners to collect client data to better understand hunger in the communities served (18 counties in eastern Illinois). To help support this project, I wrote and secured a large grant to implement this software across the Foodbank network. I was also the Project Manager for the Nudges (Health & Hunger) Project.
