• Assist with receiving, utilizing ERP system (Chaindrive), picking and distribution within operation that process 12k+ boxes and 1+mil units per year.• Work in teams amongst a staff of 16 people in a fast paced environment that demands accuracy• Ensure product quality meets the merchandising expectations across 6k+ SKUs with various sizes, logos and colors• Execute cycle counts and year end inventory with accuracy in pre-counts and scanning within 4k+ bin locations• Participating in college partnership program that will include organization speakers and tours of other supply chain operations

• Maintain the safety of patrons and staff on the pool deck while supervising a team of 3 to 5 guards per shift.• Frequently train 2-3 new lifeguards per month on rules, regulations, and duties. • Address all concerns, complaints, and scheduling issues that occur during shift to ensure a plesant experience for patrons.• Keep inventory of equipment for recreational and staff use and initiates maintenance requests.

• Address all concerns, complaints, and scheduling issues that occur during all shift and maintain the safety of patrons and staff while on the pool deck. • Frequently train new lifeguards on rules, regulations, and duties. • Responsible for checking chemicals and keeping inventory of equipment for recreational and staff use.• Organized swim lesson classes for around 30 children each session while maintaining a direct line of communication between parents and 4 to 6 swimming staff.
