Product Development Manager for our Private Brands team. Currently focusing on all things confection!

Currently working with our private brands team to ensure proper and efficient product development processes are being captured. Work with team to help enhance on going “day to day” needs of the business as well as coordinator cross functional in order to enhance these needs. In addition to supporting our development team, in coordination with our e-commerce team to expand our private brand assortment onto several Omni channels. Find different avenues to get our high quality product in the hands of the consumer, in-store and out.

Work closely with the Catagory Manager and Zone Managers to ensure allnew item set up for center of store. This involes working with the vendors tocollect all nessasary information to set up all snack items nationally and/or regionally. Once I have collected everything, then I will process the submission for the input team to set up in our system prior to the launch date.Assisting Catagory Managers and Zone Merchandisers with a major trade show. This involved scheduling sample cases, booth set ups, and item launches for the show working closely with all vendors.Everyday duties included item maintance. This could involve anything from cost changes, upc changes, vendor changes, resolving store incidences and/or item deletions.

Worked closely with National Account Managers and Business’ Analysts’ to validate customer’s or vendor’s invoices to ensure authorized promotional spending for National Pharmacy/Drug, National C-Store, National Home & Office, United Natural Foods, and MidWest Supermarkets.I needed to build relationships fast with account managers and customers in order to get the proper back up needed to clear the deductions quickly. Took the initiative of reaching out to vendors and AP departments to reduce the amount of deductions and repays by getting back up sent in early for quick resolutions. This helped in maintaining a low and current deduction balance, which positively effected the whole team at year end. During this time at Nestle, i was offered the opportunity to get involved with a couple of committee. The Nestar committee, which is a employee recognition initiative. I was involved in the creation of the Nestar newsletter which was published quarterly by myself and a colleague to all of Nestle Waters NA. I also helped in bringing this to the attention of our corporate headquarters and get them involved in employee recognition. I was also involved with the Birthday/Anniversary Committee, which recognized every employee's birthday and anniversary every year.

I worked full time and part time at Snuffer's through the years. During those years, I helped trained the new hires, and helped others during busy periods.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Received and prepared all Pathology samples for the pathologists. I would enter all demographics and detailed information into system for the pathologists and transcriptionists. Spoke with hospitals and doctor's offices in regards to held back samples for error corrections.
