Currently responsible for mentoring and overseeing the performance of a team of four Rehabilitation Consultants and a Rehabilitation Assistant. The team provides a range of services aimed at assisting workers with their recovery and promoting the health benefits of good work. I oversee the team and their case management to ensure we are achieving Return to Work outcomes within benchmark durations, minimising costs on rehabilitation and meeting all requirements of our customer Service Level Agreements. I provide guidance to ensure consistent, proactive and strategic case management is provided to overcome barriers that arise within a claim.

Responsible for servicing the Esperance, Wheatbelt and Geraldton regions and providing high quality case management and allied health support to injured workers within the Workers Compensation system. Services included Initial and Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, Medical Case Conferences, Work Site Reviews, Work Trial Negotiations, developing Return to Work programs, Actiities of Daily Living Assessments (ADL) assessments and liaising with key stakeholders including insurers, employers, brokers, workers, and treating parties to ensure clients were supported holistically with their recovery and return to work.
